I was never a big fan of seafood (it was the first thing I gave up when becoming vegetarian), but my husband loves it. The thing is, he doesn’t eat meat around me (isn’t that sweet?) and we don’t have any in our flat. I thought I’d give this recipe a try for him and he seemed to think it was okay, so… Go Debbie!
