Thought I&#039;d comment here so you&#039;d be sure to see it.  Thanks so much for visiting my blog, and the link to my tofu pudding recipe!  The rest of the list you mention looks pretty appealing to me, too.

I&#039;ve been browsing through your blog entries and find losts I can relate to (not the least of which is your blog title--soooo me).  As a Canadian, I&#039;m inundated with American values and ideas, but, like you, I tend to be drawn to the UK mentality a little more (the fact that my best friend now lives near London probably helps).  Since I usually use a scale to measure ingredients, I&#039;ve started adding the gram equivalents to most of my recipes, so I hope you&#039;ll find more that&#039;s useful there.

Looking forward to reading more of your veg-friendly blog.  I was especially interested to find out that many items labeled as vegetarian really aren&#039;t--quite a wake up for many, I&#039;m sure.
