Lest anyone get the wrong idea, I'm not advocating adding cat hair, something I know to be non-vegan, to the diet.

Chocolate plus chili equals yum! Add a bit of cat hair baked to perfection? Why not? Gastronomic giddiness aside, I always add soymilk slowly to vinegar instead of other way around, and Voila! C'est curdles.

I have a secret: the only real reason I bake anything is to have an excuse to eat dough, so in my eyes a gooey centre would be as perfect as perfect can be!

I just made these and they were amazing! I added sub'd some oatmeal for half the flour and used whole wheat flour instead. I also used apple sauce instead of oil. They turned out a bit like those chocolate puddings with the goey centres. Thanks for the recipe its definitely a keeper! I only wish mine had risen a bit more like yours...

I initially thought that vegan meals are all boring and blah... But, I guess I'm wrong. It's how you cook the vegan dishes more appetizing and create the flavors more interesting. I better try this recipe of yours to see for myself how this chocolate and chili vegan muffin really tastes. Based from the images above, they are moist and divine!
