ooh, what a great idea! I like to experiment with ratatouille; it's also great made with dill and ginger. I'll bet the sesame would complement that fabulously!

I love Ratatouille!! It's such a colourful dish & tastes so great! Yours looks great & the pictures are great too! I sometimes toss toasted sesame seeds over mine before serving!
