		<description>All good advice, especially the suggestion to not super-size. Coffee is extremely perishable... after an espresso shot is ready, it should be consumed immediately, as the flavor starts degrading after about 45-60 seconds. Also agree on the proportions. It&#039;s better to have a couple of espresso shots or 1 really great espresso-based drink than a larger drink that will have incorrect measurements of ingredients.</description>
