A Canadian vegan of 22 years and a faithful (rabid) fan of Corrie St. I learned today that Betty passed at the wonderful outrageous age of 91. In honour of her I hopped online searching for a vegan hotpot recipe and voila – here you be.

I’ll switch out the tempeh for lentils on my first go round and will let you know how it turns out.

We have 7 cats. Yup, 7. All rescues and now living the high life.

I have four very discerning feline taste testers lazing about my own kitchen: Brodovitch, Goblin, Maudine and Ichiyo. My toddler, though – she gets the final word.
